Coffee and Politics with Ambassador Sam Brownback

6:00 PM CST
Webinar via Zoom

Since 1995 Ambassador Sam Brownback has risen through the ranks of the Republican Party, congressman, senator and governor. Most recently Brownback served as the US Ambassador for International Religious Freedom. Since stepping down Brownback has spoken publicly about his next steps, most importantly racial reconciliation. In a recent article with The Kansas City Star, Brownback stated “I think my side, conservatives, need to put forward a racial reconciliation agenda and how we would address it.” In its tradition of bringing important issues of the day to the community for fact-based, civil discourse, American Public Square at Jewell and Newsweek will host former Ambassador Sam Brownback on Wednesday, May 19 at 6 p.m. (CT) as he discusses racial reconciliation.
