Join American Public Square for a semi-monthly “Nuts and Bolts of Democracy” discussion group, where we will explore what it means to be an engaged citizen in 2020. These discussions will take on new meaning considering the current global Covid-19 pandemic. Bring an open mind as we participate in a 60-minute facilitated discussion with other APS community members. This is a member-only opportunity to make your voice heard as we explore the Nuts and Bolts of Democracy.
Our first discussion is scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2020 at 5:30 PM CST. Please register below and you will receive an email with links to discussion materials. The first round Nuts and Bolts topics will correspond with the writings/speeches/interviews of Eric Liu, founder and CEO of Citizen University.
Facilitator: Denesha Snell,
Discussion Topic: Are we all in this Together?
